Ashwini Kurumbaih,has 17 years of corporate experience as HR leader. She turned an entrepreneur owning Irisz Coffee brand and follows her passion for coaching and entrepreneurship. She is a Professional Certified Coach from ICF and her extensive background is in coaching leaders towards their organization and career goals. She is also a Faculty coach mentoring aspirant coaches. Her clientele works in fast paced organizations who strives to explore their full potential by overcoming limiting beliefs and reaching greater heights. She values providing safe, non judgmental space for the clients in every session to be their own selves enabling exploration and movement towards their desired goals.
