At the moment we are offering 4 types of different programs, which are :-

a) Master in Emotional Intelligence & Human Relations (Master in EI & HR) – This 2 Years Full Time Master Degree Program is conducted at Garware Institute of Career Education and Development, Mumbai University, Kalina Campus, Mumbai. b) Master in Emotional Intelligence & Life Coaching (Master in EI & LC) – This 2 Years Full Time Master Degree Program is conducted at Garware Institute of Career Education and Development, Mumbai University, Kalina Campus, Mumbai. d) MMS – This 2.5 Year Part Time Master Degree Program, weekends only with alternate Sundays off. It is available only in Bangalore at the moment. a) The first step would be to get in touch with us via email or on the phone wherein we’ll ask you for your details like name, academic record, areas of interest etc.

b) This will proceed to you filling an Application Form & submitting your documents like marksheets, ID proof, passport size photos etc for our records.

c) You will then appear for our entrance test like EIT (Emotional Intelligence Test), Group Discussion and Personal Interview with the members of MML management.

d) Post which you’ll have to complete a few other enrolment formalities including the payment of 1^st term fees. This will mark the end of the admission procedure.

a) Educational Qualification: – A student with a Graduate Degree in any field from a recognized university is eligible to apply for our Master Degree Programs – Master in EI, HR / LC.

b) Entrance Exam: – Aspiring Students will need to clear our MasterMyLife-Emotional Intelligence Test (MML-EIT).  An objective written exam is conducted, followed by a group discussion and personal interview. The written examination (100 marks) will be based on life wisdom, communication, basic intelligence, decision-making skills and current affairs. Group discussions (50 marks) will evaluate verbal communication skills, body language, language skills, influencing skills, listening skills and thought clarity. The last step of the admission process is a personal interview (50 marks). Total assessment will be for 200 marks and the top 40 students (per program) will be selected.

Ensure that you carry all the below documents with you: –

a) Application Form

b) Original marksheets of FY, SY, TY and passing certificate of Graduation

c) 10th Marksheet and Leaving Certificate

d) HSC Marksheet and Passing Certificate

e) Birthdate proof

f) Copy of Aadhar Card

g) 2 passport size photographs

Note – Practically, there is no age limit to join our Master Degree Programs in EI, HR / LC

These are 2 year full time programs, wherein, classes are conducted – Monday to Friday – 8.15 am to 1.15 pm. Our Semester wise generic academic calendar is as below –

Sem. I – July to November

Vacation – December

Sem. II – January to May

Vacation – June

Sem. III – July to November

Vacation – December

Sem. IV – Jan. to May

Sure, you can until and unless you manage/maintain your work life balance. There are times when you may have to dedicate a little more time towards this especially during individual/group assignments, semester end examinations etc. However, we have students who have been managing both the aspects well. So, we feel that this is an absolute possibility.

Fees for Master in EI, HR / LC is approx.. Rs. 1.32 Lac per Semester. Fees need to be paid Semester wise. Total Fee for 4 semesters (2 Years program) is Rs. 5.25 Lac.
