MML’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging (DEIJB) Statement

MasterMyLife EQ Education (MML) is a vibrant global learning ecosystem with learners from Asia, Europe, America, Africa, and Australia.

MML’s Vision is to develop global citizens adding value to humanity. MML’s Mission is to democratize coaching & make it available to the masses worldwide. We strive to build an ecosystem to develop competent, successful, contributing coaches. Our policies and processes need to ensure that our learners feel valued, heard, supported, and inspired to act according to the ICF Code of Ethics and MML Code of Conduct.

To do this, we must be aware of the changing dynamics and varied needs for diversity, inclusion, and justice while developing a culture of equity & belonging within MML, its associates and stakeholders.

We will place diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging at the forefront of every decision we make within our organization. We will ensure that our selection process, whether for our employees or learners, is not only non-biased and non-discriminatory but also embraces diversity & inclusion in its true sense.

We provide opportunity and access to everyone across the globe without any discrimination against any race, religion, worldview, belief system, nationality, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, age, colour, sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.

We welcome & value all voices. We embody a community of belonging. We embrace an ideology of ‘One World’, ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’.
