Referral Process
Referrer
- Person who refers a candidate to MML
- Any of the – MML Alumni, Faculty, Mentor Coaches, Country Representatives or MML Associates
Referral / Referee
- Person referred by the Referrer
- Any person who is interested in exploring any of the MML’s coaching educational programs
The Purpose & Objective of the MML Referral Program
MML’s mission is to democratise coaching. We endeavour to popularize coaching & spread life and leadership skills based education to the masses. MML needs the support of MML Alumni, Faculty and Mentor Coaches, Country Representatives and Associates to contribute to the coaching domain & society at large. Together we can.
Who can Refer?
MML Alumni, Faculty Coaches, Mentor Coaches, GCCP Country Representatives and MML Associates.
Who can be Referred?
Only people who are new to the MML ecosystem are eligible to be considered as a “Referral”. This means the referrer is not eligible to receive a referral bonus payment if the referred person has already been directly in touch with MML.
Validity
The referral program is valid for ICF-accredited coach training programs or MML Life Wisdom Programs of min. 1 month or more duration. It’s not valid for workshops or webinars or for the application fee for enrolling into any MML programs.
Nature of a Referral Program
Participation in the referral program is completely voluntary.
Referral Bonus Payment
The referral bonus payment of 6.2% of the net program/package fee will be paid to the referrer but up to a maximum of INR 20,000 (i.e. max. USD 240).
Payment Schedule
The referral bonus payment will be credited to the referrer’s bank account on the 7th of the following month after receipt of payment from the referee.
Payment Method
- If the referral / referee pays the entire course fee in at the time of admission: The referral bonus payment of 6.2% of the net fee will be paid to the referrer, up to a maximum of INR 20,000 (i.e. max. USD 240), It will be credited in the referrer’s bank account on the 7th of month following the month of payment made by the referral / referee.
- If the referee pays the course fee in monthly instalments: The referral bonus payment of 6.2% of the instalment amount received will be credited in the referrer’s bank account on 7th of every month starting from the month following the first payment received from the referral / referee, continuing until the full program fee will be received by the MML.
Deduction
TDS will be deducted as per the prevalent tax laws.
Applicability of Law
This referral payment made by MML is subject to the local tax laws. For payment from MML USA, USA tax laws will be applicable & for payment from MML India, India tax laws will be applicable. Referrer is responsible for adhering to his/her local tax laws, as applicable.
